In order to ensure the stable operation of the project, our company has its own 200L liter pilot plant to carry out process demonstration, find problems in practice, and ensure the operation of evaporation process in large-scale production.

The pilot plant has the following characteristics:

1) The pilot plant has a full set of automatic monitoring instruments, which can monitor the parameters of evaporation process at any time.

2) It is equipped with cold crystallizer and hot crystallizer, which can evaporate many kinds of materials.

3) Pilot test equipment has its own live steam generator. Pilot test can be carried out only by supplying tap water for motor.
