MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical vapor recompression technology. MVR is an energy-saving technology that reuses the energy of secondary steam generated by MVR itself to reduce the demand for external energy. As early as the 1960s, Germany and France have successfully used this technology in chemical industry, food, paper making, medicine, desalination and sewage treatment. The working process of the evaporator is to compress the low-temperature steam through the compressor, increase the temperature and pressure, increase the enthalpy, and then enter the heat exchanger to condense, so as to make full use of the latent heat of the steam. Except for start-up, no steam is needed during the whole evaporation process.

Technical characteristics

1) Low energy consumption and operation cost;

2) small area;

3) The public utilities have fewer supporting facilities and less total investment;

4) It runs smoothly and has a high degree of automation;

5) No need for primary steam;

6) It can evaporate at 40 C without refrigeration equipment. It is especially suitable for heat sensitive materials.

Application and popularization

1) Evaporation and Concentration

2) Evaporative crystallization

3) Low temperature evaporation
