MVR evaporator technology is an energy-saving technology that can reuse the secondary evaporation energy generated by itself and reduce the demand for external energy. As the latent heat of secondary steam is fully utilized, MVR evaporator has the following advantages compared with traditional evaporator:

1. Energy-saving effect is remarkable. The energy consumption of MVR system is equal to 30 efficiency of multi-effect evaporator.

2. The evaporation can be maintained only by proper electric energy instead of steam heating.

3. As the heater is also the condenser of secondary steam, there is no need for additional condenser and circulating cooling water.

4. Need small occupied area, few operators, and fewer supporting public works projects.

5. The operation is more stable and reliable. The whole system can be highly automated for configuration control.

6. The evaporator temperature can be set arbitrarily in the range of 15-100 C, which is especially suitable for concentrated crystallization of materials with thermal sensitivity. And in the low-temperature evaporation state, there is no need for refrigerated cooling water, which greatly saves investment management.
