Ammonium sulfate evaporation project
The ammonium sulfate material has a lower boiling point temperature and its saturated solution is the same. It is suitable for MVR evaporation crystallization, and the ammonium sulfate material salt crystal has high economic efficiency. In the evaporation crystallization process, it is necessary to pay attention to the partial ammonia vapor volatilization, which causes the system material PH to drop. At the same time, it is necessary to determine the corrosion problem of chloride ions in the material. For ammonium sulfate materials containing a small amount of chloride ions, it is recommended to use 2205/316L material; for ammonium sulfate materials without chloride ions, 316L material can be used, but pay attention to the change of PH.
Characteristics of evaporation of ammonium sulfate materials:
1. The condensed water has a high pH and is alkaline;
2. A small amount of ammonia vapor evaporated during the process, and the mother liquor gradually becomes acidic;
3. Non-condensable gas have odor smell.
