1)FC Separator

The FC separator consists of a conical bottom (with salt leg improvement).The fluid is discharged from the bottom, and is sent to the heat exchanger by the circulation pump. After heating, the fluid enters the separator for evaporation through the bulk port.In this case, the FC crystallizer belongs to the crystal slurry circulation type.



2)DTB Separator

DTB type crystallizer is a typical internal circulation crystallizer. Due to the inner flow tube in the crystallizer, a circulation channel is formed, which makes the crystal slurry have good mixing conditions.Only very low pressure can maintain a good inner loop inside the crystallizer.



3)OSLO Separator

The Oslo-type evaporator crystallizer is also known as the Kristall crystallizer, a mother liquor circulating continuous crystallizer. The operated feed liquid is supplied to the circulation pipe, mixed with the circulating mother liquid in the pipe, and pumped to the heating chamber. The heated liquid evaporates in the evaporation chamber and reach saturation point.Then the liquid flow to the crystal fluidized bed below the evaporation chamber passing through the central tube. In a crystal fluidized bed, supersaturated solutes in the solution deposit on the surface of the suspended particles, causing the crystals to grow. The crystal fluidized bed hydraulically classifies the particles.The large particles are on the bottom, and the small particles are on the top, and the crystal product having a relatively uniform particle size is discharged from the bottom of the fluidized bed. The small particles in the fluidized bed flow into the circulation pipe with the mother liquid, and the small crystals are dissolved when reheated. The main disadvantage of this type of equipment is that the solute is easily deposited on the heat transfer surface, which is cumbersome to operate and thus not widely used.
