1)Prospects

In 1985,it is used in the application of candy factories.
In 2001, the MVR evaporator was widely used in the production of whey concentrate, milk concentrate, tomato juice, beet juice, grape juice and starch, and compared with the traditional evaporator, it proved that the energy consumption of the MVR evaporator was reduced by one-third.
2)Some factors need to pay attention when the evaporator is applied in the food industry
For most food materials, the organic matter concentration is higher during the evaporation process, the viscosity is higher at high concentration, and the evaporation condition is higher;
For evaporative food materials, the material selection is higher, and the sanitary grade stainless steel is generally used;
Evaporation of food materials generally requires low temperature evaporation, which can easily cause denaturation or decomposition of heat sensitive materials.
